I've had a few guys move boats for me before and it's refreshing to have someone like Richard Turner be there for you. He moved my 38' sailboat from Marina to one of my properties and it was a great experience. Communicated the entire time before and during on what was going on and when. Super Professional and cool dude at the same time. Even the guys at the marina were like "who is this guy? He knows his stuff, has a great rig, and is great to work with." That speaks volumes. I'll be putting my boat back in the water hopefully next year and will give him the first call to move it as well as tell everyone that needs any boat moved large or small, to give Richard a ring. This was a wonderful experience. I have a 38' CC with a 13' beam and 12' rise making this an oversized load. Mr. Turner was extremely knowledgeable and easily answered all of my questions and put my concerns at rest. Richard moved our boat from Havre de Grace to our Pennsylvania farm. Customer service is his top priority. Fill out his form on line. Richard double checks size of boat, routes, and where he is going to drop the boat to guarantee it can be done safely without incident. Our drop off was behind the barn. Richard takes great care in positioning and securing the boat before moving. His pricing is very fair for the detail and work involved in moving the boat. I found Turner Yacht online, called and received the best quote. Scheduled the tow, paid the deposit. I spoke with Richard he said he would be there at 9:30am at 9:05 I went to the bathroom at 9:10 while I was waiting for him I decided to read the reviews for this company. My jaw dropped when I read a couple of them. So at 9:20 I walked back to the boat and he was there backing the trailer in. Of course I'm getting close to smell his breath ( during COVID-19. I'm fully vaccinated) and see if I see any liquor bottles fall out his truck. He was clean and sober. I peeked in the window looking for booze. NOTHING!!!
